Arjun Singh is no more who was Veteran Congress leader and former Union Minister

Veteran Congress leader and former Union Minister Arjun Singh , who had served in various capacities including as Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister, died today. He was prime minister in the mid-1990s.He was complaining about breathing problems around 1730 hours and admitted in hospital.He died of cardiac arrest in a hospital on Friday evening.He was in the hospitals since 15 days,and was admitted in ICU (Intensive Care Unit) yesterday (Thursday). He was 80 years old.

Arjun Singh was Vice President of the Congress under Rajiv Gandhi in the eighties and was also Governor of Punjab at the height of militancy and was instrumental in the Rajiv-Longowal accord.
